Today was a great day!  Woke up refreshed, finished exercises early then spent the morning in the sewing room.  I was thrilled to finally finish working on a therapy set design I had started a few years back, yet unable to complete it due to a busy schedule.  Although I made a few in the past, I was now able to focus on completing a few sets that work out great for heat or ice therapy for the variety of joints and tight muscles that need extra attention from time to time.

As I completed these sets, I looked at them with pride as I knew that the design was going to be beneficial for each of us in the family, but also for my massage therapist who had previously shown an interest.

Now as my afternoon went on, I was motivated to complete the remaining tasks and errands as I anticipated my session with my massage therapist with whom I had a scheduled session.  It is a rare treat to be spoiled in this manner, but is definitely worth the time and investment.  Fortunately I arrived early and was able to share with her the therapy set I had previously talked with her about, which seems to be a possible option for future client sessions.

As I took my place on the table, with the lights dimmed and the ocean music playing, I immediately went into my zone of relaxation.  As muscle and joints were warmed and massaged to calm, I was able to appreciate the gifted skill of therapy I was receiving.  Tonight as I returned home, my husband greeted me with a smile, knowing from my reciprocal smile and warm embrace, that I was treated quite well.
